Cost of Alpha Night Manager

Alpha Night Manager is sold as a subscription service. When you subscribe to ANM service, you will receive the following: a wall mounted touchscreen computer (standard screen size of 15.6 inches), and unlimited access to ANM control software and apps. The cost of ANM consists of an initial once-off hardware setup fee and a monthly ongoing software service fee.

  • Initial once-off setup fee: The once off setup fee is $999 for a standard screen size of 15.6 inch or $1299 for a screen size of 21.5 inch. We have no-deposit plans so that the setup fee can be paid off on a monthly basis. We currently offer three no-deposit plans: 1 year, 2 year or 3 year. You pay off the setup fee within 1 year, 2 years or 3 years on a monthly basis ($95/month, $55/month, $40/month respectively). If the service is cancelled before the service agreement expires, the remaining part of the setup fee is still payable.
  • Monthly service fee: The service fee depends on your usage or number of guest check-ins and sales revenue. The standard service fee is $55 per month, with first 50 guest check-ins included. The service fee for additional check-ins is $3.3 per check-in. The service fee for sales is a standard 11% of the sales proceeds. An unlimited plan is also available for $220 per month with unlimited guest check-ins. 
  • Optional extended hardware warranty: The tablet computer comes with a standard free replacement warranty of 1 year. A lifetime free replacement warranty is available for $220 once off only.
  • Optional afterhours system review service: ANM works with any existing lock systems as a crucial part of the hotel afterhours system. In order to make the afterhours experience as smooth as possible for late arriving guests, we can help review the current system and make necessary changes in check-in steps and signs. We will help design and organize manufacture of necessary signs (costs to be covered by hotel), recommend and help source necessary equipment for example key safe (costs to be covered by hotel), and help organize installation of other necessary facilities for example internet, WIFI router or powerpoint etc (costs to be covered by hotel), to make sure a complete afterhours system is successfully established. The service costs $660 once-off.
