Conditions of subscribing to ANM

You need to sign a service agreement in order to start the service. The key conditions in the agreement are as follows.

    Installation and safeguarding of ANM. You agree to provide free accommodation and necessary assistance to our installation technician (for up to 2 nights if requested) when installation or replacement service occurs. You also agree that you will make all effort to safeguard the hardware system, once it is installed in place.

    Authority to take payment from guest on your behalf.  You agree that Alpha Night Manager is authorized to take online payment on your behalf and the net amount after commission may be used to pay towards the monthly service fee. You also agree that if a charge back is approved by the bank you agree to refund the money to the guest upon request, which money may be taken from the sales revenue as well.

    Commission for room sales.  You agree that a fixed commission of 11% will be deducted from the sales amount for each room sale. Also we will refund the commission to the guest directly if a charge back is approved by the bank.

    Prompt payment of invoices. You agree to make payment of invoices promptly within the due date. The service may be halted if there is an outstanding invoice.

    Cancellation policy. You may cancel the service at any time. However the outstanding setup fee is still payable if you subscribe to a no deposit plan and cancel it before the agreement expires.

One month free trial program

  • Alpha Night Manager will be installed by our technician once we receive your service agreement and the technician will set up the software and hardware.
  • The technician will train your staff on how to use the system.
  • Your one month free trial period starts from the first day of the next month after the service is started. So you have more than one month time to trial the product and find out the exact money you could save by using Alpha Night Manager.
  • The service continues and you will be charged for the setup fee and service fee on the first day of the next month after the one month free trial period expires. You can notify us before the free trial period expires if you do not intend to continue the service.
