ALPHA NIGHT MANAGER PLANS

All plans have the following features:

  1. One-month free trial period within which period nothing needs to be paid.
  2. The hardware comes with the following standard warranty: 1 year free replacement. Optional lifetime free replacement warranty can be purchased for $220 (once-off payment), as long as a valid subscription is maintained.
  3. The software can be used 24/7 and upgraded free during the period of valid subscription.

PLAN DETAILS

PLAN A – Standard Plan

In Plan A, the setup fee is paid off in first month.

Once-off Setup fee: $999 with standard 15.6 inch touch screen, or $1299 with 21.5 inch touch screen.

Monthly Service fee: $55 per month with 50 free check-ins, $3.3 per check-in after 50 free check-ins. Plus 11% of sales revenue.

PLAN B – NoDep Plan

B1 – 1 year plan

B2 – 2 year plan

B3 – 3 year plan

In Plan Bs, the setup fee is paid off monthly in 1, 2, or 3 years, corresponding to Plans B1, B2 or B3 respectively.

Once-off Setup fee: $0 with standard 15.6 inch touch screen, or $300 with 21.5 inch touch screen.

Plan B1 Monthly Service fee: $150 per month (including $95 per month setup fee) with 50 free check-ins for 12 months, $3.3 per check-in after 50 free check-ins. Plus 11% of sales revenue. Automatically switches to Plan A service fee after 12 months.

Plan B2 Monthly Service fee: $110 per month (including $55 per month setup fee) with 50 free check-ins for 24 months, $3.3 per check-in after 50 free check-ins. Plus 11% of sales revenue. Automatically switches to Plan A service fee after 24 months.

Plan B3 Monthly Service fee: $95 per month (including $40 per month setup fee) with 50 free check-ins for 36 months, $3.3 per check-in after 50 free check-ins. Plus 11% of sales revenue. Automatically switches to Plan A service fee after 36 months.

Note: The service can be cancelled at any time. However the service fee is still payable for the remaining period of time for corresponding plan. For example if Plan B2 is cancelled at the 10th month, a service fee of $55 per month for the remaining 14 months is payable at the time of cancellation.  

PLAN C – Unlimited Plan

In Plan C, the setup fee is paid off in first month.

Once-off Setup fee: $999 with standard 15.6 inch touch screen, or $1299 with 21.5 inch touch screen.

Monthly Service fee: $220 per month with unlimited number of check-ins. Plus 11% of sales revenue.

Optional Ext. Warranty

Optional hardware lifetime free replacement warranty for $220 once-off payment. Payable at the start of each plan.

ANM Client Service Agreement

Alpha Apartments Aust Pty Ltd ABN 35622688260 (Party A) provides Alpha Night Manager services to Client (applicant, Party B) on the terms and conditions as set out below.

Service Name: Alpha Night Manager (ANM)

Service Description: ANM is an after-hours service solution specifically designed for small motels/hotels to save operating costs and increase profit potential. Hotels can use ANM to provide self-check-in service for pre-booked late-arriving guests and room booking service for walk-in guests, so that the hotel manager can be freed from the reception desk. The ANM services provided by Alpha Apartments Aust Pty Ltd include initial installation, system setup and on-going maintenance services.

Service Cost: The cost of ANM service includes two parts: once-off initial setup fee and on-going monthly service fee. The initial set up fee and on-going service fee are different for different plans.

Once off Setup Fee: This covers services of initial assessment, installation and setup of the hardware system and control software. Note that the setup fee does not cover the following costs such as wifi system costs or internet connection costs, power point installation cost if no power point is available, digital safe purchasing cost if no safe is available, signs for the system and other costs other from the touchscreen computer hardware system.

Monthly Service Fee: There are two major on-going services that are payable each month, i.e. check-in for existing guests and room booking for walk-in guests.

ANM Service plans. There are different plans of the ANM services to suit different needs of clients. 

Service Starting Process and Estimated Timeline: Alpha Apartments Aust Pty Ltd will initiate the service starting process immediately after the signed agreement is received. The service starting process consists of three steps: Step 1 - determination of client needs and suitable ANM model, Step 2 - preparation of ANM hardware and software, and Step 3 - on site installation of hardware and testing and training of software system. The time needed is difficult to predict, however every effort will be made to get the service ready within 1 month from receiving the application form.

Terms and Conditions: by submitting the application form, client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Variation of Service Fees. All fees are subject to change. Party A will write to Party B to obtain consent before new fees are applied.
  2. Payment of service fees.Client (Party B) agrees to pay every invoice within 1 month of being issued. Party A may suspend or terminate the service if any invoice is not paid for by due date.
  3. Initial installation assistance by Party B. An installation service will be provided by Party A, who will send a technician to the site of Party B to install and set up the system. Party B needs to be ready for hardware installation or agrees to pay for the relevant costs. Party B also agrees to provide a free hotel room to the technician of Party A for up to 3 nights during which the system will be installed and hotel staff trained, if requested by Party A.
  4. On-going monthly service fee. The amount of ongoing monthly service fee depends on the monthly usage of Party B, which is calculated as the sum of check-in service fee and room sales commission. The check-in service fee is worked out from the check-in record in the system for the month, while the room sales commission is deducted from the sales revenue for the month. The net amount of service fee will be invoiced at the end of each month for the month, which is payable within one month. If the sales revenue after commission is more than the check-in service fee, there will be a credit for Party B which will be kept for next month.
  5. Safe-guarding of hardware by Party B. The ANM system will be monitored remotely by Party A at all time and would be upgraded at any time by Party A as per this agreement, foras long as the service agreement remains active. However Party B agrees to watch and safe guard the hardware to make sure the service can be provided without interruption. Party A may suspend or terminate the service if the security of the system is of a serious concern. Party A may remove the hardware at any time if Party B owes Party A any money.
  6. Collection of room sales money. Party B authorizes Party A to collect room sales money from guests using the ANM Service on behalf of Party B. The collected money after commission will be kept in Party A’s bank account and may be used to pay for the monthly check-in service fee. If the credit keeps accruing and is over $1000 at any time, Party A will organize deposit of the credit into Party B’s bank account. Party A will also organize deposit of the credit (if any) at the end of June each year, no matter what amount it is.
  7. Guest Chargeback Request. Under some circumstances a guest who purchased a room through ANM would make a chargeback request. When this occurs Party B agrees to provide necessary information to assist resolving the issue. In the case that the chargeback request isapproved by bank, Party B authorizes Party A to use the credit of Party A (if any) to refund the guest or agrees to reimburse Party A for the refund (in this case Party A will invoice Party B for the refund amount). When chargeback occurs, Party A will waive the commission.
  8. Termination of Service. Both parties may terminate the service at any time by writing to the other party. Party A may remove the hardware within three months if Party B cancels the service and owes any money.
  9. Communications. Both parties agree to communicate first by email or phone calls if any concerns are to be raised. Both parties agree that email will be considered the official communication channel, and a confirmed email reply should be sought from the other party for important notifications.
  10. Refund Policy. No refund will be available to any payments. Each refund request will be processed individually.
  11. Indemnity. Party B uses the Service at its own risk and indemnifies Party A in any potential losses/costs due to the use/termination of the Service or anything related to the Service.
  12. Loyalty and referral Programs. Party A has a loyalty program and a client referral program to reward its members who make relevant special contributions. Party A has the rights to change the programs at any time without prior notice. When any changes are made, Party B will be notified in writing.

ANM Client Loyalty Program

Party A will reward loyal customers with the following benefits (subject to change): 

Gold Member: the customers who have maintained a valid subscription with Party A for more than 3 years will become Gold members, who will receive 20% discount on all bills.

Party B automatically join the Loyalty Program once it subscribes to ANM service.

ANM Client Referral Program

If Party B recommends ANM service to other people and they subscribe to the service, Party B will be offered with 20% discount on all bills while the new client will receive 20% discount on setup fee. If Party B refers 5 or more than 5 new customers to Party A, Party B will receive lifetime free services.

VIP1-VIP5 Member: Party B becomes VIP1 to VIP5 member if Party B refers 1 to 5 members to Party A, and receives 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% or 100% discounts on all bills, respectively.

How to join ANM Referral Program and enjoy the benefits?

Step1: tell anyone who would be interested in ANM about the service and ask them to contact ANM, or pass their contact details to ANM to follow up after talking to them.

Step2: once the new customer starts the service and nominates Party B as referrer, ANM will let Party B know and start applying discount to both Party B's account and new customer's account.
